Counselling and wellbeing services
Counselling and wellbeing support offered through this site are provided personally by Sarah [Surname].

Sessions are offered online or in person as agreed.
Before any counselling sessions begin, each client will receive information outlining confidentiality, boundaries, cancellation terms, and fees.

Digital products and downloads
Our shop uses WooCommerce to sell digital products such as e-books and wellbeing resources.
When you complete a purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use the file for your own use.
You must not share, resell, or redistribute these materials.
